Daily screening remains a mandatory safety requirement. For those that have stopped receiving the daily screening questionnaire from Certify, your account has become inactive. A request has been submitted to reactive all inactive accounts. In the coming weeks, you should receive a notification (via text or email) from Certify to reactivate your account. When you receive this message, please be sure to answer the screening questions to complete your reactivation. If you do not answer the reactivation message, your account will NOT be reactivated and your manager will be notified.

If you are a new colleague, or have never registered for Certify, now is the time to active your account. Click here to begin registration or scan the QR code.
Follow the steps below or watch the video tutorial to complete your registration.
- Enter a phone number and/or email address (NOTE: If you don’t want to receive your screening by text, then don’t provide a phone number).
- Enter the verification code sent to you by phone or email.
- Fill out the rest of your information.
- Once you are registered, be sure to follow the steps in this video tutorial to correctly complete your screening and temperature scan.
