Open Enrollment for 2021 Benefits kicks off Oct. 22

Your opportunity to select the benefits you want for next year will take place from Oct. 22 – Nov. 12, 2020.

To help steward our resources, enrollment guides will not be mailed to homes. Instead, you will receive a postcard in your mail with instructions on how to download a comprehensive open enrollment guide.

This guide will provide you with the information you need to decide which benefits are right for you, as well as step-by-step instructions to guide you through the enrollment process. This year you will also be able to elect your benefits through the Workday mobile app. (If you don’t have multi-factor authentication set up, click here.)

Review your elections online and make any necessary changes or adjustments by the close of open enrollment on Nov. 12, 2020. Be sure to print or save electronic copies of your benefit elections for proof of enrollment. Confirmation statements will not be mailed to homes.

For more information about open enrollment, please visit the HR4U colleague portal at https://hr4u.trinity-health.org. Once logged into HR4U, you can also chat live with an HR representative Monday – Friday, 4 a.m. – 5 p.m. PT. For your convenience, HR representatives will also be available on two Saturdays during open enrollment, from 6 a.m. – 12 p.m. PT on Oct. 31 and Nov. 7.
