Jonathan Felton will join the Saint Agnes team in mid-July as our new Chief Operating Officer. He comes to Saint Agnes from Sutter Health Memorial Medical Center in Modesto, Calif., where he served as Vice President and Assistant Administrator over Ancillary and Support Services, directing the operations of clinical areas over laboratory, pharmacy, home health, imaging, cardiopulmonary services, HIM, Plant Operations, Bio-Med, Environmental Services, and the hospitalist program.

Jon has 16 years of experience in the health care industry and has also served in management, executive and leadership positions with large national banks, and owned a regional mortgage company.

Laboratory Director

Please welcome Laboratory Director Mark Arneson! Mark has extensive background in clinical lab services and management, in both hospital and outpatient settings.

He began his clinical career as a general technician and phlebotomist at Dwight Eisenhower Medical Center in Georgia, while serving in in the United States Army. During his 20 years of active military service, he continued to advance, serving in several management positions in military laboratories across the country. While serving our country, Mark was recognized with several awards for service, commendation, conduct, and achievement.

In 2001, Mark joined Greenville Hospital System in South Carolina and served at two of the system’s hospitals – most recently at Hillcrest Memorial Hospital as Manager of Laboratory services. During his free time, Mark enjoys running and spending time with family.

Manager, Emergency Services

Scott Tobler has accepted the permanent position as manager for Emergency Services.

Scott has been in serving as Interim ED Manager since November 2014.  With over 11 years of ED experience, Scott’s prior roles have included serving as Educator and Practice Coordinator for the Emergency Department. Scott has been actively engaged in various performance improvement initiatives including the ER redesign, and the 1-North expansion project. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and is on track for his RN-to-BSN in December.
