Introducing Trinity Health Referral Rewards

May 11, 2022 // SAMC

Earn bonuses and prizes for referring people you know to work at any Trinity Health ministry. It’s easy with the new Referral Rewards program. You can earn prizes and cash by collecting points when you refer a potential new hire. And since the referral is someone you know, they are more likely to share our Mission and Core Values. Referral Rewards is just one of the ways Trinity Health is striving to improve colleague recruitment and retention.

With this new program for colleague referrals, you can:

  • Earn prizes! Get points for making referrals and other interactions with the program. At the end of each quarter, the top point earners receive a grand prize and anyone who earned points is entered into a second chance drawing.
  • Earn cash! In addition to points, qualifying positions also have cash bonuses.
