Veterans Day Wrap Up

November 17th, 2021 // MilVet, Saint Agnes in the Community

In celebration of Veterans Day, we were proud to participate in the 102nd Central Valley Veteran’s Day Parade to honor the brave men and women of the United States Armed Forces and their families who have answered our country’s call to serve with dedication, courage and sacrifice. Special thanks to our parade participants who proudly represented Saint Agnes: CMO Dr. Gene Egerton, Dale Vadeboncoeur, Lawrence Cervantes and Brent Yuenger. And a huge shoutout to Saint Agnes Board Director Tom Ferdinandi, who drove them in his Me N Ed’s vintage fire truck.

May 19th, 2021 // MilVet

This Memorial Day, we will be flying U.S flags on the hospital’s front lawn to recognize the sacrifices of the brave men and women who have served in the military to protect our nation. We invite all colleagues, providers and volunteers to share the name(s) of their military relatives and loved ones who have passed away. If you wish to pay tribute to a loved one who served in the military, please send us the details so a flag can be flown in their memory.

As a way of honoring our brave veterans – many of whom made the ultimate sacrifice – we invite all colleagues, providers and volunteers, to share the name(s) of their military relatives and loved ones who have passed away (does not have to be in the line of duty). United States flags will be proudly displayed on the hospital’s front lawn to honor and remember these individuals, Friday, May 28-Monday, May 31. Further tribute will be paid to them during a special Memorial Prayer Service, Friday, May 28, at 10 a.m., in front of Christ the Healer. We hope you can attend.
