The new approach shifts us from managing performance to accelerating colleague and team-level engagement. Take the StandOut Assessment

If you haven’t started using StandOut, we highly encourage all colleagues to take the StandOut Assessment and start completing weekly check-ins as this will be part of your FY23 Performance Evaluation (your manager will share more details soon). To take the assessment, simply open the StandOut icon in your ZENworks and respond to the questions. Once you’re done, you will be able to submit your first check-in with your supervisor.
