IMPORTANT: New visitor policy and mask update

As COVID cases continue to decline, we are slowly transitioning from pandemic to endemic. There are two important changes you should be aware of. First, we have implemented NEW visiting hours: 11 a.m.-7 p.m., daily. Second, masks are no longer required to be worn when you’re outside. Are you in compliance with the state-mandated booster?

The booster requirement mandated by the California Department of Public Health went into full effect on March 1. To be in compliance with CDPH, Saint Agnes must be able to validate that all booster-eligible colleagues have either received the booster and uploaded proof to HR4U or are undergoing weekly COVID testing. While it sounds straightforward, we know many of you still have questions like, “What if my booster proof was denied in HR4U?” and “Do I have to test if I recently had COVID?” We understand it can be confusing, so we’ve compiled a thorough list of FAQs.

Schedule bi-weekly COVID-19 tests from home

All colleagues who require bi-weekly COVID-19 testing must schedule their appointments using the online scheduling tool. Testing takes place in Kremen Education Center, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-4 p.m. To make scheduling more convenient, colleagues are now able to schedule their tests from home via the Colleague Connect App.

Don’t forget to schedule your bi-weekly COVID-19 tests

February 2nd, 2022 // Coronavirus

Colleagues who are booster-eligible (6 months since dose 2 of Pfizer and Moderna or 2 months since Johnson and Johnson) but have not yet received it, must test twice weekly in Kremen Education Center. An appointment is needed, so please use the online scheduling tool to select the date and time you wish to test. Appointments are available Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Please note: If you received your booster, remember to upload proof to HR4U so your name can be removed from the list of colleagues required to test weekly.
