Schedule your bi-weekly COVID-19 tests

Colleagues who are booster-eligible (6 months since dose 2 of Pfizer and Moderna or 2 months since Johnson and Johnson) but have not yet received it, must test twice weekly in Kremen Education Center. An appointment is needed, so please choose the date and time you wish to test via our online scheduling tool. Appointments are available Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-4 p.m.

How to get free COVID-19 tests

In light of the current COVID-19 surge, we would like to share two ways colleagues can get free at-home COVID-19 tests for their family members. Colleagues can order free tests through the federal government or request them from a participating OptumRx pharmacy. Please keep in mind, colleagues cannot use the results of at-home tests to report a COVID-19 infection. They MUST be tested on campus using a designated PCR test.
