Sign up for Electronic W-2 by Friday

If you like to file your 2021 income tax return as early as possible, sign up for electronic delivery of your W-2 Form, which is used to report your wages and taxes paid. Sign up by 11:59 p.m. ET on Dec. 31, 2021 and you’ll have access to your electronic W-2 in mid-January. If you signed up for electronic delivery of your 2020 W-2, your election will carry forward for 2021.

COVID-19 vaccines one year later

One year ago, yesterday, the first Saint Agnes colleagues received the COVID-19 vaccine. December 21, 2020 marked a significant milestone in our fight against COVID-19. One year later, Saint Agnes has administered more than 23,000 vaccines and boosters to colleagues, health care professionals and Valley residents – and that number continues to grow.
