Earlier this week, Governor Gavin Newsom announced a new vaccine mandate for all health care and state workers in California. You may be wondering how this affects Saint Agnes and your due date for vaccine proof submission. Rest assured, Saint Agnes is continuing with the current process outlined by Trinity Health for vaccination requirement, which means the September 21 deadline will NOT be changing. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the upload process in HR4U so you can submit your vaccine proof in a timely manner without issue.

Getting your vaccines on time

With most vaccines requiring a 3-4 week waiting period between doses, it’s important that you leave yourself enough time to complete your vaccine series prior to the September 21 deadline (August 24 for managers). In order to help streamline this process, we’ve done the math and determined the last possible dates you can receive each dose of your vaccine. However, we encourage you to schedule your vaccines well before these deadlines to ensure you can comfortably complete your series and submit your proof of vaccination on time.
